翟德泉,又名高阳子,河北高阳人。中国军控与裁军协会高级研究员,现为中国毛体书法家协会副主席,中国互联网联盟艺术总监,香港中华艺术家协会荣誉会长,外交部书协会员,国际政治学会军队与社会研究会副主席。自幼在严父指导下学柳体,青年时期开始喜爱毛泽东书体。六十年代初即潜心临摹"向雷锋同志学习""南开大学"及后来的毛体墨迹。嗣后,临习毛体书法成为业余爱好,收藏了大量毛体书法书帖及相关书籍,因工作繁忙环境变化大,主要形式是读帖。2007年参加首届全国毛体书法大赛,先后获百佳、三十佳、十佳称号。荣获第六届"盛世中华杯"金奖,被授予"中华书画艺术精英"称号。
Zhai Dequan, also known as Gao Yangzi, came from Gaoyang, Hebei Province. Senior researcher of China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, currently vice-chairman of China Mao Ti Calligraphers Association, artistic director of China Internet Federation, honorary president of Hong Kong Chinese Artists Association, member of Foreign Ministry Calligraphers Association, and vice-chairman of Military and Social Research Association of International Political Association. He studied Liu Ti under the guidance of strict father when he was young and began to like Mao Zedong's calligraphy style when he was young. In the early 1960s, he concentrated on copying "learning from Comrade Lei Feng", "Nankai University" and later the ink on Mao Zedong's body. Later, Lin Xi became a hobby and collected a large number of calligraphy calligraphy posts and related books in Mao style. Due to the great changes in busy working environment, the main form was reading posts. In 2007, he took part in the first national fur calligraphy competition and won the titles of 100, 30 and 10. He won the gold medal of the 6th "prosperous China cup" and was awarded the title of "elite of Chinese painting and calligraphy".

China's contemporary well-known "Five Elders" model public welfare project was awarded the title of "Charity Ambassador". The "national anthem" was nominated for the highest award in the 4500 national calligraphers competition and was awarded the title of "national art pioneer". In commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the 100th anniversary of the 1911 revolution, he won the gold medal in the national calligraphy competition, was awarded the "Chinese artists with both virtues and virtues", and was awarded the "Chinese art lifetime achievement award" by the joint exhibition and the invitation exhibition.
