肖志敏,字碧霄,号荷香斋主,重庆市人,曾就读于中国美协高研班,中国美院中国画高研班,石齐工作室,北京画院王培东工作室。现为中国企业报道·艺术资本理事会副主席,新燕都画院常务副院长兼秘书长,重庆市美术家协会会员,重庆女子书画协会会员,重庆市徐悲鸿故居盘溪书画院画家,中国美协高研班特聘画师。酷爱国画,孜孜以求。尤擅花鸟。先师从重庆画家彭柯、张银珠,后跟李东辉、郭玫综、霍春阳、张金荣、朱颖人、马其宽等国画大家学习花鸟。
