潘新明,1942年生,祖籍陕西华阴,居北京。原中国外交官。现国家一线艺术家、新时代德艺双馨艺术大师、中国网络资讯台艺术频道顾问、中华国礼艺术中心、中国艺术家润格网终身名誉主席;英国、瑞典皇家艺术院高级艺术顾问。
Pan Xinming, born in 1942, is from Huayin, Shaanxi Province and lives in Beijing. Former Chinese diplomat.
