裴宪中,号少翁,生于1946年,河北省乐亭县人,国家一级美术师。自幼酷爱书画,勤奋好学,多方拜师求艺,积几十年学习与实践经验,集美术、书法、摄影等技艺于一身。现为河北美协会员、中国书画家协会理事、中国武术家书画协会副主席等国内十几个艺术社团(协会、研究会)成员,培训各类学员1800余人。

Pei Xianzhong, Xiaoweng, born in 1946, is a national first-class artist from Leting County, Hebei Province. Since childhood, he loves painting and calligraphy, is diligent and eager to learn. He has studied and practiced for decades. He combines art, calligraphy, photography and other skills. Now he is a member of Hebei Art Association, director of Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, vice chairman of Chinese Wushu Calligrapher and Painter Association and member of more than a dozen domestic art associations (associations and research associations), and trains more than 1800 students of all kinds.

擅长创作大型风景画和中国山水画。作品多次入选全国各类大展赛并获奖。特别是以万里长城为题材创作的山水画、气势博大,既不失传统又有创新,笔法灵活多变,色彩随春、夏、秋、冬景色变化而丰富多姿,诗情画意,有“深厚之意、华滋之气”,创造出“物我和一,人我和一”的艺术境界。体现出了中国人民的伟大精神,体现出了“中国龙、中国魂、中国梦”。其事迹辞条已载入《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《世界美术家传》、《世界名人录》等几十部大型典籍辞书中。

He is good at creating large-scale landscape paintings and Chinese landscape paintings. His works have been selected and awarded many times in various national exhibitions. Especially the landscape paintings created with the theme of the Great Wall are of great momentum. They are both traditional and innovative. Their brushwork is flexible and changeable. Their colors are rich and varied with the changes of spring, summer, autumn and winter scenery. Their poetic and picturesque meanings are full of "profound meanings and magnificent atmosphere", creating the artistic realm of "I am one of things, I am one of people" and "I am one of people". It embodies the great spirit of the Chinese people and the Chinese dragon, Chinese soul and Chinese dream. His deeds and phrases have been included in dozens of Large-scale Dictionaries of classics, such as China Contemporary Art World Celebrity List, Biography of World Artists and World Celebrity List.
