诸叶根，男，1963年5月生，浙江省杭州市临平区人，中国共产党员；曾学过刻章和雕塑，2013年始学习书画，现为浙江钱塘艺术院会员，中国美术学院助理研究员，国家一级美术师，山水丹青国际艺术中心艺术合伙人，张雄艺术网签约画家。作品受到社会的一致好评。 2020年2月，“红黄熟果累累秋”等21幅作品，由山水丹青国际艺术中心、美国集邮、欧洲集邮协会联合美国、法国、荷兰、比利时邮政发行世界邮票及邮册。2021年10月，“秋游山水望高山”等16幅作品，由中国大众文化学会、昌禾国际拍卖（北京）有限公司、中国国际集邮网联合邮信部门，为庆祝建党100周年“百年辉煌，百位名家”活动 ，发行邮票及邮册珍藏版。 同月，“条条溪流入江流”等15作品，由欧洲艺术中心协会和邮政为欧洲国家荷兰、西班牙、比利时等发行邮票及邮册。 同月，“仙姑福鹿送健康”等24幅作品，由中国文化进万家艺术中心、中国邮品研发组委会，中国集邮宣传中心网联合澳门邮的发行邮票及纪念邮册。 2021年11月，作品“清欢造化源和平”由百度百科收录；“菊香清欢源和平”在英国拍卖。 2021年11月至2022年1月，多幅作品分别在《时代周刊》，《人民日报》网，文化和旅游部主管的、由中国文化传媒有限公司主办的《文旅中国》，以及《CCTV中视网》，《中国企业报道网》等媒体刊登发表。

In February 2020, "Red and yellow ripe fruits in autumn" and other 21 works, by the Landscape Danqing International Art Center, the United States philatelic bureau, the European Philatelic Association in conjunction with the United States, France, the Netherlands, Belgium post issued world stamps and albums. In October 2021, 16 works, such as "Autumn tour, landscape and mountains", will be issued stamps and album collections by China Popular Culture Society, Changhe International Auction (Beijing) Co., LTD., and China International Philatelic Network jointly with the postal and letter departments to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party "One hundred Years of glory, one hundred Masters" activity.
In the same month, "All Streams Flow into the River" and other 15 works, by the Association of European Art Centers and the Postal service for European countries such as the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium stamps and albums.
In the same month, 24 works, such as "Immortal Female deer sends health", were issued by the Chinese Culture into 10,000 Arts Center, China Philatelic Products development Committee, China Philatelic Promotion Center network and Macao Post.
In November 2021, the work "Qinghuan Fortune Source peace" was collected by Baidu Baike; "Chrysanthemum fragrance, Qinghuan Source and Peace" was auctioned in Britain.
From November 2021 to January 2022, many of his works were published in Time magazine, People's Daily website, Culture Travel China sponsored by China Culture Media Co., LTD., CCTV China Video Network, China Enterprise Report and other media.
