徐德伦,中共党员,出生于1940年3月,锡伯族,辽宁大连人,大学学历,高级工程师。退休前任职央属矿企管理工作。自幼喜爱书法,尤其在退休后,全身心研习书法,曾参加《中国书画导报》、国开大学书法学院举办的书画研修班学习,主修行、草书。结业时,其撰写的题为《书苑点睛获真谛》的文章入编《中国书法精英的摇篮》。

现为中国书画家、国家高级书法师、国家一级美术师(书法)、中国楹联学会会员、中国书画家联谊会会员、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国老年书画研究会会员、中国炎黄艺术协会会员、中国炎黄艺术学会会员、《中国艺术名家档案馆》终身会员、书法教育高级讲师、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会顾问、中国楹联学会艺术研究会《联墨艺术报》理事会副理事长、中国楹联学会书画艺术院《书画艺术报》副主任、中国翰墨艺术研究院理事、中企联投信息科技研究院书画专业委员会理事、全国名人书画艺术联合会委员、原文化部中国书画院高级书画师、北京大有乾景书画院副院长、中国翰墨艺术网艺术委员会理事、曲阜鸿儒书画院常务副院长、中儒文化产业联盟主席、香港中国书法家协会终身名誉主席、藏艺网书画工作委员会艺术顾问、《中华英才》半月刊社融媒体中心理事会联盟理事会副理事长、中央新影中学生频道美育视界栏目组教授级顾问。加入全国职业信用评价网技能人才库。

多年来,作品在“四圣杯”“炎黄杯”“中华魂”“纪念毛泽东诞辰120周年”等全国书画作品大赛、大展告示活动中,获金奖五次,银奖三次,其他奖项若干次。作品被编入“巍巍中华书画大典”“翰墨颂伟人”“献礼十八大----中华魂全国诗书画精品集萃”“炎黄杯国际诗书画印艺术精品”“中国草书选集”“中国行书选集”“中国书画名家代表作年鉴(2012)”“收藏天地”“第三届全国中老年书画创作交流研讨会获奖作品选集”等二十余种辞书。2014年,与沈鹏、权希军一起入编由中国文化出版社出版的《艺术之约》,与沈鹏、欧阳中石、张海、刘大伟、冯远、言恭达等10位书画家一起入编由文化部文化交流中心主编的《一代翘楚》《文化中国行·走进大家》《世纪辉煌》《华夏瑰宝》《国学典藏》《推动中国的领军人物》、大型传记《中国书画家艺术人生访谈录》等书刋。三百余幅作品刊登在中国书法网、国家艺术网、中国传承艺术网等数十家网站。特别今年两会期间,中国企业报“艺术资本”以“特邀最受欢迎的人民书画家献礼全国两会”为标题,发2015年第八十一期专刊,以近二十幅书法作品,热烈祝贺全国两会胜利召开。多年来被相关艺术机构及组委会授予“传承经典艺术100强书画”“2013年备受关注100强书画家”“毛泽东艺术风骨推崇者”“中华民族杰出艺术家”“金奖艺术家”“中华文化名人”“全国百位优秀人民书画家”“向企业重奌推荐的百强书画名家”“优秀人民艺术家”等称号,并入选“中华文化名人堂”。2014年9月荣誉入选新长城艺术家,其题词和代表作品被镌刻在八达岭新长城向中外游客永久展示,并由中国八达岭新长城组委会颁发荣誉证书,授予“中国八达岭新长城优秀艺术家和八达岭长城中国文化榜入选艺术家”,作品刊登在《商界财富》杂志上向海外发行。

2015年8月参加韩国书法交流展,受到好评。2015年11月被全国名人书画艺联会授予“最具收藏价值书画名家”称号。

2016年以来,书法作品入编《当代书画传承代表人物作品展》,同时书法作品被中国文化遗产保护研究院收藏,准予在中国文化保护研究院网站上推广、介绍,同时存入中国文化遗产保护研究院数据库,并颁发证书。

2017年,作品入选由中国国家画院国展美朮中心等单位举办的“深入生活,扎根人民”优秀人民书画家作品成果展,并在(国展)美术中心展出。作品还入选“古建与书画之美”---全国书画名家作品展,并在展会上展出。这一年也是作品丰收年,其作品入编《最具投资价值艺术家艺术专刊》《走向世界的中华名家》《中国梦---书画艺术传承发展推动者》《中国骄子》《大道传薪》《中国翰墨艺术》《中国书画匠心人物》《艺术军魂》《大师作品欣赏》等十几部刊册。

作品在《榜样人物》2017年度影响力艺术家大型网络书画展活动中,荣获特等奖。

2018年以来,作品入编《中国美术选集》《中国当代书画名家库》《中国艺术传世名家》《中国骄子》《艺术市场》《瑰宝收藏—最具投资价值艺术家艺术专刊(苏士澍、刘大卫、董文政、徐德伦)》《致敬新时代》《国家名片》《影响世界华人盛典》等近十几部书、刊、册等。尤其是《影响世界华人盛典》一书,是由屠呦呦、金庸、马云、崔如琢、徐德伦等五人入编组成。

2019年元旦出版以“政、商、艺功勋人物”名义,由国家广电总局监制的台历,是由习主席、任正非等五人三方代表之工作汇报,徐德伦(以书法艺术代表)参与其中。

在2019年两会期间,被媒体选为以“我为两会代表”的名义,在《人民代表报》出版付刊专刊,八版十八幅作品,庆祝两会召开。

在2018年末2019年初,接受由中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会组织,由国内著名书画评鉴专家(其中单国强、吕长生)对其(徐德伦)作品(书法)进行了评鉴,为“中国最具收藏价值艺术家”,并颁发证书。

在这次活动期间,也受到相关媒体单位予以的肯定,相继授予“改期开放杰出功勋艺术家”“文化自信艺术家”“致敬中华70载艺术成就人物”“中国当代书画名家”并在书画名家共贺改革开放40周年大型网络书画展中荣获“特等奖”且授予“改革开放40周年先锋艺术家”荣誉称号。

2019年,应《庆祝中美建交四十周年艺术展组委会》邀写,书写《中美建交四十年·高瞻远瞩必向前》的书法作品,经组委会专家一致认定获得“特等奖”并将定制在国礼玉扣上,并授予“大国文化形象大使”荣誉称号。经中国文化艺术人才等级评估委员会专家审查认定,持证人在书法创作上成绩斐然,形成自己独特的艺术风格,符合《国家特级书法师》的要求。

2020年为庆祝中意建交五十周年,创作《东西交往传佳话、中意友谊续新篇》书法作品,被组委会为国礼定制在国礼国瓷上,以此被授予“中意文化交流形象大使”荣誉称号。

2021年,作品入选由《中国美术》杂志社,艺品芸主办的“中国美术名家邀请展”,获参展证书。

近期中国书画职称润格评定中心等4单位评选,特授予“国家一级艺术大师”,并获得“一代名家”荣誉称号。

在纪念中国共产党成立100周年活动中,被中国书画艺术评审委员会等3单位官方权威颁发“功勋艺术家”荣誉称号。

中国功勋人物委员会特评定为“中国功勋人物”称号。经国家级艺术大师评审委员会等单位授予“国宝级艺术大师”称号,又经“中国文化艺术界联合会”、中国传统文化发展中心等单位授予“中国书画艺术家百佳”“艺术传承人物”“特别推荐艺术家”“中国正能量艺术家”“中国实力派书画家”“中国国际艺术形象大使”,国礼艺术家评审委员会授予“国礼艺术家”,中国国宾礼文化保护委员会授予“中国国礼特供艺术家”“二十一世纪中国文化名人”等荣誉称号。

2022年4月,在《党旗下的艺术家》—喜迎二十大胜利召开大型艺术专题报导活动中,被中国文化艺术发展中心授予“当代艺坛巨匠”荣誉称号,2022年重点推荐“中国艺术大家”称号。在《大国大家》艺术家优选工程申报评选活动中,被授予《大国·大家杰出艺术家优选人才》荣誉称号;被中国传统文化发展委员会等4家单位共同授予“最具时代风采艺术大家”荣誉称号。雅昌艺术国际交易组委会邀请为“雅昌艺术国际交易网会员艺术家”。

2023年,多次被相关单位及部门授予:一月份“新时代杰出艺术家”;二月份“2022年度百位影响力艺术巅峰人物“;三月份“中国当代世界级艺术家”“非遗金版手艺人”、“中国书画终身成就奖”等荣誉称号;并于5月份加入中国艺术家信息公示系统。被中国文学艺术界联合会授予“中国艺术传奇人物”,被中国文博会展委会推荐为“中国文博会——推荐艺术家”,并被全国艺术职称考级中心聘为“首席专家”。

2023年4月9日,在中国现代书画名家流派传承学术研讨会之学术报告中,专家组以“富丽优雅的徐派新草书—著名书法家徐德伦”为题点出“当代草书当如是,一往无前赓续春秋!”

6月份,授予“2023年度全国重点推荐艺术家”“艺术为人民-中华艺术名家大家”荣誉称号,并入选2023年“中国艺术名人榜”(孙晓云等10人);同时授予“国礼艺术家”“新时代人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

三季度,相继授予“中国公众影响力艺术家”“艺坛名家”“国家艺坛代表性艺术家”“德艺双馨艺术家”;2023年度福布斯“中国(艺术福布斯)十大名人”准予出版发行素有“国家名片”之美誉的邮票、邮品等;并授予“优秀书画导师”“当代艺术大师”“世界文化交流伟大贡献奖”“中国珍藏级艺术家”,同时参加中国高级经典书画名作评鉴邀请展。

四季度,授予“2023年度全球十大杰出风云人物”“新时代艺坛大师”“2023年度百位影响力艺术颠峰人物”“全国书画人才资料数据入库”;担任“全国艺术职称考级中心”首席专家、“千年文脉传承艺术家”;世界非物质文化遗产研究院“特邀院士”、“中华人民共和国书法大家““中外文化形象大使”特聘为中国楹联学会书画艺术院指导、北京中标建研科技有限公司主办的联墨空间·艺术馆副馆长。

12月份,被评选入编大型艺术典藏—《大家风范·中国书画名家选集》,并获“最具收藏价值奖”,被中文联传统文化发展中心授予“2023年度·中国当代艺术巨匠”荣誉称号。

进入2024年以来,经中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会审核,入编“艺术专业人才数据库”并颁发证书,特授予中国当代正能量文艺工作者“时代标杆”称号。

Biography of Xu Delen

Xu Delen, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in March 1940. He is of the Xibe ethnicity, from Dalian, Liaoning Province. He holds a university degree and is a senior engineer. Before retiring, he worked in the management of state-owned mining enterprises. He has loved calligraphy since childhood, and particularly after retirement, he devoted himself wholeheartedly to studying calligraphy. He participated in calligraphy and painting workshops organized by China Calligraphy and Painting Guide and the School of Calligraphy at the Open University of China, where he specialized in running and cursive scripts. Upon completing the course, his article titled "The True Essence of Calligraphy in the Garden of Books" was included in the book The Cradle of China’s Calligraphy Elites.

Currently, he is a calligrapher in China, a National Senior Calligraphy Master, a National First-Class Art Master (in Calligraphy), a member of the Chinese Couplets Society, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a member of the Chinese Senior Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the Chinese Yanhuang Art Association, a lifetime member of China's Famous Artworks and Artists Database, a senior lecturer in calligraphy education, a consultant of the Academic Committee of the China Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Cultural Research Association, vice chairman of the Calligraphy and Ink Art Report of the Chinese Couplets Society, deputy director of the Calligraphy and Art Report at the Calligraphy Art Institute of the Chinese Couplets Society, a director at the China Hanmo Art Research Institute, a director of the Book and Painting Professional Committee of the China Enterprise Investment and Information Technology Research Institute, a member of the National Celebrities Calligraphy and Art Union, a former senior calligraphy artist at the China Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Ministry of Culture, vice president of the Beijing Dayou Qianjing Calligraphy and Painting Institute, a member of the Art Committee at China Hanmo Art Network, executive vice president of the Qufu Hongru Calligraphy and Painting Institute, president of the Chinese Confucian Cultural Industry Alliance, lifetime honorary president of the Hong Kong Chinese Calligraphers Association, art consultant at the Calligraphy and Painting Work Committee of the Zangyi Network, and vice chairman of the China Talent biweekly media center advisory council. He is also a member of the National Vocational Credit Evaluation Network's skilled talent database.

Over the years, his works have won gold medals five times and silver medals three times in national calligraphy and painting competitions and exhibitions such as the "Four Saints Cup," "Yanhuang Cup," "Chinese Soul," and the "120th Anniversary of Mao Zedong's Birth" competitions. His works have been included in over twenty anthologies, such as The Magnificent Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Anthology, Odes to Ink—Great Men in Calligraphy, National Selection of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters (2012), Collecting the World, The Third National Senior Calligraphy and Painting Creation Exchange and Symposium, and others. In 2014, he was included in Artistic Appointment published by China Culture Press, along with other prominent calligraphers such as Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Zhang Hai, Liu Dawei, Feng Yuan, and Yan Gongda. His works were also featured in A Generation of Elites and Prominent Figures of the Cultural China Tour published by the Ministry of Culture.

His works have been featured on numerous websites, including China Calligraphy Network, National Arts Network, and China Heritage Art Network. Notably, during the Two Sessions of 2015, China Enterprise News published a special edition titled "The Most Popular People's Calligraphers Contribute to the Two Sessions," featuring nearly twenty of his calligraphy works to celebrate the successful convening of the Two Sessions.

He has received numerous titles, such as "Top 100 Calligraphy and Painting Artists in the Classical Arts Heritage," "2013 Top 100 Most Popular Calligraphers," "Admirer of Mao Zedong’s Artistic Style," "Outstanding Artist of the Chinese Nation," "Gold Medal Artist," "Prominent Figure of Chinese Culture," and many more. He has also been inducted into the Chinese Culture Hall of Fame. In September 2014, he was honored as a new Great Wall artist, and his inscription and representative works were permanently displayed at the Badaling Great Wall for both domestic and international visitors.

In August 2015, Xu participated in the Korean Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, receiving positive feedback. In November 2015, he was awarded the title of "Most Collectible Calligraphy Master" by the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Art Union.

Since 2016, his works have been included in The Representative Works of Contemporary Calligraphers and have been collected by the China Cultural Heritage Protection Research Institute, with certificates granted for their promotion on the Institute’s website and database.

In 2017, his works were selected for the Art Exhibition of Outstanding Calligraphers Rooted in the People by the China National Academy of Painting, and The Beauty of Ancient Architecture and Calligraphy—National Calligraphy Exhibition. His works were also featured in various national publications, including Most Valuable Investment Artists and The Prominent Artists of China’s Global Dream. In the same year, his works were awarded the Grand Prize at the Role Model Artists 2017 Annual Influence Exhibition.

Since 2018, his works have appeared in numerous prominent collections, including China Fine Art Anthology, The Representative Art Masters of Contemporary China, and Art Market. Notably, he was featured in The Influence of the Chinese Diaspora Worldwide, along with other influential figures such as Tu Youyou and Jin Yong.

In 2019, Xu was included in a special edition of the 2019 Calendar for Contributors in Politics, Business, and Art and received extensive media attention during the Two Sessions.

In 2020, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of China-Italy diplomatic relations, Xu created the calligraphy work East Meets West, China-Italy Friendship Continues, which was selected as a national gift and engraved on national porcelain.

Xu has also been honored with numerous other titles and distinctions throughout the years, including awards for his calligraphy achievements, his contributions to national and international cultural exchanges, and his active participation in prestigious exhibitions and conferences worldwide.

In 2023, Xu was recognized as “A Leading Contemporary Artist”, “Top 100 Influential Artists”, and was included in The Chinese Art Master’s Hall of Fame. His achievements continue to be celebrated through various awards and exhibitions, solidifying his place as one of the most influential calligraphers in contemporary China.
